Welcome to the Woolworths New Zealand Experience 2024!
Registration is now open.
We’re excited to once again host the event at the Showgrounds in Auckland, September 25 and 26. This year we are taking inspiration from our busiest and most festive period, Christmas, and will be unwrapping business updates, breakout sessions, team awards and an incredible supplier expo floor, with the hint of a festive summer across the two days.
The event will not be live streamed, however sessions will be recorded and available to watch post event.
Looking forward to bringing everyone together.
Giving Back.
The Salvation Army Partnership
This year, we are all about getting teams ready and excited to win Christmas. As part of this, we are partnering with The Salvation Army to give back.
We are asking that you please bring a gift for a child when you arrive on day one, there will be an allocated drop-off zone on the expo floor. No need to wrap them either. Your gifts will then be collected by The Salvation Army and stored until closer to Christmas time where your gift will brighten someone else's Christmas.
What can you bring?
The gifts don't need to be anything expensive but we do ask that the gift/s are new. They could be clothing, toys, books, arts and crafts etc - we just ask that the gifts are non-food items, as these will be stored and distributed closer to Christmas time.
Each zone will be allocated an age range, and given some gift suggestions. More info to come on that to come soon!
BYO Keep Cup!
To reduce waste this year we are asking that you please bring your own Keep Cup if you would like a coffee at the event.
We will send you a few reminders as we get closer to the event, but single-use cups will not be provided, so if you would like to grab a free coffee (special thanks to our suppliers) then please BYO Keep Cup!
Please bring your favourite reusable drink bottle too!

Team Breakouts, ELT Panel & Store Managers Session

7:30am - 6pm
Please arrive early to get yourselves registered! We will also be opening our expo floor early this year for you to get a sneak peek before the start of the event.
Thursday
26th September
Team Update, Breakouts and Team Awards
All day
8:20am - 5pm
Formalities will begin at 8:20am. Your day at Woolworths New Zealand Experience will end at 5pm if you are a Store Manager and at 4pm for everyone else.
